This 350-hectare appellation produces exceptional red wines with intense aromas. Accompanied by your expert guide, visit three emblematic estates and uncover the secrets of their grape varieties during a captivating masterclass, all within an enchanting natural setting.

Departure from your accommodation

Your guide will pick you up from your hotel/accommodation in a comfortable, premium air-conditioned van.

10:30 a.m.

Visit the first estate

Located in an exceptional setting at the foot of the ruins of a 13th-century castle, a former Templar stronghold, the estate is nestled on the northern slope of the Alpilles. It spans 250 hectares, including 58 hectares of vineyards, 4 hectares of olive trees, and 2.5 hectares of almond trees, all cultivated with care and passion. Unique and original, you will discover an extraordinary cellar designed according to the planetary alignment and Earth's magnetism, in perfect harmony with its surroundings. The visit continues with our masterclass and a tasting of organically grown wines in all three colours.

Gourmet lunch in a typical village bistro

Our lunch break will take place in an idyllic setting, beloved by Van Gogh and many other artists, in the heart of the picturesque village of Saint-Rémy-de-Provence. (Price of lunch not included, options from €30).

2 p.m.

Visit our second vineyard

At the end of an avenue of pines, bordered by vineyards and olive trees, in the heart of the Alpilles. The estate cultivates 33 hectares of vines, and has been practicing organic farming since 1985, each year revealing the essence of these exceptional terroirs. The white wines reflect the mineral character, the rosés are fresh and full-bodied, and the reds are subtle, offering a sensory journey through the heart of the Alpilles appellation.

3:30 p.m.

Visit the third vineyard

Visit a third estate, a unique 30-hectare property nestled in a protected valley of the Alpilles, southeast of the Baux-de-Provence valley. This biodynamic vineyard stands out for its originality, featuring some non-appellation grape varieties and a cellar built according to the golden ratio. Discover the exceptional expertise of the wine maker where every choice has a profound meaning. You'll be surprised by the authenticity of its wines during a tasting journey full of discoveries.
